Making the most of it

I love to read. It's a bit hard to like it as much when I don't pick the books myself. I have 7 novels to read this fall. That's something to look forward to. Reading is recreational, relaxing and educating. It's revigourating to read a difficult piece of text and realize, "Hey, I understand this!"

When a particular subject is beond my scope of interest, it still is a worthy challange to work on it until I understand it. I'm not much into geography. The textbook doesn't inspire my much so I make it my business to enjoy the classes. And I do. Even if I will not remember much of what I read, at least it will be a nurturing experience. Then I must have learned something
