In several years I have been working on projects like power plants,
tunnels and similar things here in Iceland, project like that has
interested me because they are different to the traditional carpenters
and building work.
In all of these projects I had brought my camera's with me to collect
some documentary´s
So one day I decided to share some of them on my homepage about 450
pieces and I really hope you will enjoy them.
I have to apologize because I haven't finished to put

| The Hedinsfjordur road tunnel.

| In the years 2008 - 2010 I was working
as a carpenter, foreman and, also doing some covering work and various
other jobs at the company's Háfell
and and Vatnsklæðningar ( VKC ) in the Hedinsfjordur road
tunnel project,
This project, connects these two towns
Ólafsfjörður and Siglufjörður with two tunnels
3.4 km at the Siglufjörður side and 6,7 km at Ólafsfjördur
side and three road parts total 16 km.
The old road between this two town's is a 62 km mountain road that
was always blocked over the winter time and made the distances up
to 230 km at the wintertime so 16 km is a quite different from these
distances.

| The project at the Hraunaveita
area. |
| In the years 2006 - 2008 I worked as a foreman and head foreman during
construction of a bottom outlet, valve, reservoir, spillways and intake
structures at Upsa and Hraunaveita area a part of the Karahnjukar project
about 600 m over sea level.
And during this period the building work was in several areas and different types of structures
for example bottom outlet, dams, spillway, tunnels and considerable work another job in this area.
At this time, I usually always have my camera not only to take pictures
for myself, but often had to take photos for the project.
Workspace was pretty big so after working in this area for almost
two years and have to be all around the area at that time I had a
lot of photos to share and have put some of them here so people will
be able to see more them.

| Karahnjukar the
powerhouse. |
In September 2004 I started to work on
the construction of the Karahnjukar power house a part of the Karahnukar
power plant project, the power house it self is located about one
kilometer inside the Valþjófsstaður mountain.
I tried to be efficient to take some photos
there and I have put some of them what I thought is most interested

| In September 1999 I went up
to the highlands to work at the construction of the Vatnsfell hydro power
plant and of course I brought my camera with me to take pictures on that
what was going on there I've put in here some of the pictures and I'm
