About my Works

My inspiration comes from the Icelandic nature. Generally the theme of my works is the inner motion of the ground. They bear names like “Sparks”, “Flamethrower”, “Erosion”.

In my works I like to look at the releation between man and nature because I have found parallels between human emotional behaviour and nature’s inner movements. I feel that my weaving methods fit spiritually well to my inspiration source because bouth are in slow evolution.

My artwork started out as wallpeaces, and slowly developed into threedimentional works.
