About Iceland
In recent years Iceland has become increasingly popular
among tourists from all over the world. The countries landscape
and nature are unique, with its contrasting forces of ice and fire.
The nature is unpolluted and the air and water clean. There are
beautiful sights all over the country and a wide range of activities
to choose from; horseback riding, river rafting, whale watching,
snow scooter trips and many more. The standard of living is high
and so is the level of service.
The capital Reykjavík offers something for
every visitors taste;
open-air swimming pools, museums, galleries, sporting events, concerts
and a wide range of good restaurants. Some of Icelands most famous
places are located near Reykjavík; the Blue Lagoon, the old
parlament place,Thingvellir and the fascinating waterfall,Gullfoss.
